THE BEGINNING
The roots of this challenge started over 10 years ago when we were extremely busy and knew we weren’t going to have time to train. We needed something simple that we could focus on. We needed something that would continue to get us results. We decided to set a number to one exercise and just focus on that each day. This made the basic concept of the challenge easy to follow. The results at the end of each month were amazing.

THE EVOLUTION
The beauty of this challenge is it can be modified to accommodate simple as well as complex goals. Over the years the basic concept of this challenge has offered a ton of flexibility for us and our students. We have used it to rehabilitate injuries, get people into shape and even prepare for elite level performance.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
This five week challenge is simple. Monday through Friday you will set a goal to complete 300 repetitions of an exercise per day. You can divide up your 300 in any way you need. For example, on a busy day you might plan to accomplish all 300 at once. Whereas on a more relaxed day; you can divide and conquer 300 across your entire day. It’s your challenge and it is easily customized to fit your schedule. We highly recommend doing a little throughout your day. It makes it easier to complete as well as gives you some large benefits. These include peaking your metabolism, boosting your energy, elevating your mood and most definitely increasing your focus!

WHY 300?
We know you probably are thinking that 300 is a lot in just one day, so lets do some math. If the average person actually slept eight hours then take 300 and divide by 16 hours they are awake. That literally only has you doing 19 repetitions each hour. Now obviously you might not be able to do that all the way through your work day but you get our point. 300 is completely achievable for all of us. You have the time and now you are going to use it to accomplish something amazing!
